Regal Investments official channels notice

Regal Investments has become aware of websites at regalinvestments.ltd and regalinvestments.us that use a name and web address similar to our own. Those websites, and any person or organization operating them, are not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized to act for Regal Investments.

Our only official website is regalinvestments.ca, which we registered in March 2017 and have operated continuously since. Its registration date is a matter of public record and can be confirmed through any WHOIS lookup. Regal Investments does not operate any other website under the Regal Investments name, and nothing presented at regalinvestments.ltd or regalinvestments.us comes from us.

What to watch for

We ask clients, partners, media and members of the public to be cautious of any attempt to associate regalinvestments.ltd or regalinvestments.us with Regal Investments, including:

• emails, messages or calls that refer you to either website, or that come from an address ending in @regalinvestments.ltd or @regalinvestments.us
• documents, account statements, invoices or offers that carry our name but direct you to either website
• requests to send money, digital assets, identification or login details through either website or anyone claiming to represent them
• social media profiles or advertisements that link either domain to our name

Any claim that regalinvestments.ltd or regalinvestments.us is connected to Regal Investments is false.

Do not send funds or personal information, and do not sign in to any account, through regalinvestments.ltd or regalinvestments.us. If you are unsure whether a communication is genuinely from us, contact us directly through regalinvestments.ca before you act on it. You can report a suspicious website, message or contact to prosper@regalinvestments.ca.
